فاخته- زمانی که قهرمان کشور و رکورددار وزنه برداری سنگین جهان و المپیک زیر وزنه های بیشتر از «واسیلی آلکسیف» وزنه بردار مشهور جهانی( متولد سال ۱۹۴۲ در استان ریازان روسیه و فوت شده در سال۲۰۱۱ به علت ایست قلبی در آلمان با ۸۰ بار رکورد زدن وزنه های جهان و المپیک) که در ۶۹ سالگی درگذشت، عَرق ریزان و نفس زنان در زیر پولاد سرد بی احساس سهمگین به صید مدال های رنگارنگ و به ویژه زرین جهان مشغول وزنه زدن بود، افرادی اما در ایران بودند که به فکر آبگوشت خوردن با دَمَه قُپان (پیژامه و راحتی کُردی) برای عملیات پروپاگاندایی خود برای سازمان های نظام دامپزشکی، جنگل ها، مراتع و آبخیزداری داری سابق (منابع طبیعی و آبخیزداری کنونی) باشند.
متولیان آن سال های دور ورزش کشور یکی از امتیازات درآمد زا را اعطای رایگان نمایندگی مراکز بیمه های تمام عیار مانند بیمه های آتش سوزی، درمانی، تکمیلی کشوری و...برای این وزنه بردار در نظر گرفتند که در اوج محبوبیت و شهرت بود اما در گوشه و کنار افرادی نیز بودند که علاوه بر استفاده و سود سرشار از برند بیمه خود؛ آنان نیز پس از افتادن آب از آسیاب ها از این تحفه بادآورده نمدی برای کلاه خود بافته و دامپزشکان، پیرادامپزشکان، وزارت جهاد کشاورزی به ویژه سازمان جنگل ها را قربانی تبلیغات شخصی خود نموده و چون چیز خاصی در چنته نداشته و گزارش عملکرد مطلوبی در ارائه به مردم و مخاطبان خاص خود نداشتند متاسفانه پول هنگفتی را به جای این که به عدالت و در آن زمان به رسانه های بخش غیر بَرخطِ کشاورزی با قدمت بیش از ۱۰۰ سال "تقسیم اخلاقی" کنند صرفا فقط به یک شخصی دادند که بیش از صدها سکه طلای تمام عیار کامل، انواع اتومبیل ها مانند ماکسیما، زانتیا، منازل مسکونی، زمین های مجانی، مجوز باشگاه داری، اعطای رایگان نمایندگی های بیمه، دفاتر الکترونیک یک ساعته! و...را قبل از این به دست آورده بود و این آقایان فقط در ازای یک عکس و پوستر با این وزنه بردار و چاپ لوگوی این دو سازمان ذیل پوستر هر آنچه دوست داشتند در لوا و زیر سایه تبلیغاتی شدید آن زمان بر سر مخاطبان خود آوردند.
سازمان نظام دامپزشکی در قالب "نظام سبز سلامت" با این وزنه بردار، قرارداد کل بیمه درمان، تکمیلی و... را منعقد و در ازای درآمد زایی برای خود و ایشان به یک پوستر تبلیغاتی اکتفا و با منتشر نمودن و اطلاع رسانی در سطح استان ها، فصلنامه مکتوب آن زمان نظام دامپزشکی، پایگاه خبری فضای آنلاین خود و ... ماهی مطلوب خود را از این آب گل آلود به خوبی صید و انحراف های از معیار و مدیریت ها از همین نکته نظر زمانی آغاز شد.
از طرف دیگر یک "بیل دسته بلند هم به دست وزنه بردار طلایی جهان و المپیک" دادند که در حال کاشت نهال در هفته منابع طبیعی بود و همین فرد مدیر روابط عمومی وقت بدعت گذار سازمان جنگل ها که قبلا کارشناس معمولی اما به شدت سیاسی و لابی گر مدیر ترویج سازمان جهاد سازندگی پیشین یکی از استان های شمالی بود اما شوربختانه با همین پوستر تبلیغاتی هم نماینده مجلس شد و هم استاندار شمال کشور! و مشخص نشد نهال های کاشته شده توسط ایشان و قهرمان موصوف به چوب یا درخت تبدیل شدند یا خیر؟
«انحراف های درون نظام سبز سلامت و صندوق تعاون و رفاه سازمان نظام دامپزشکی کشور از همین مقطع پوستری و آبگوشت خوردن دَمَه قُپانی آقایان در زیر وزنه های فوق تصور و سنگین با این وزنه بردار با سلام و صلوات برخی از «کژاندیشان» شروع شد و با تِلیت کردن و نه تبلت و نیز گوشتکوب به صرف نهار پاییزی مشغول شدند که اثرات سوء آن در نظام سبز سلامت نظام دامپزشکی تا امروز و ادوار چهارساله دورپنجم ادامه دارد که در محضر رسانه ها نیاز به باز تعریف و پاسخگویی شفاف دارد زیرا دیگر وزنه برداری نیست که راضی به آبگوشت خوردن و پخش پوستر و پروپاگاندای آقایان به قیمت زیان و ضررهای مادی و معنوی دامپزشکان و پیرادامپزشکان عضو سازمان باشد.»/ ۴۲۰

The Veterinary Organization, under the "Green Health System" framework, signed a comprehensive health insurance contract with this weightlifter, and for the sake of income generation for both parties, they settled for a poster and by publishing and informing in the provinces, the written quarterly of that time in the veterinary organization, their online news platform... managed to catch their desired fish from this muddy water very well, and deviations from standards and management practices began from this point. On the other hand, they awarded a "long-handled axe to the world and Olympic weightlifting champion" who was planting seedlings in natural resources that week, and this same person, who was the former public relations manager of the Forestry Organization, previously a regular specialist but a highly political and lobbying manager, unfortunately, became a member of parliament with the same advertising poster and also became the governor of the northern region!
