فاخته- مشکلات عدیده این سیل باز در ایفای نقش نخست آبخوان داری صحه نهاد و همت تلاشگران آستان قدس رضوی، هلال احمر، سپاه، بسیج، فراجا، آتش نشانی، غواصان، کادرتخصصی بهداشت، درمان، پزشکان پرستاران،ادارات برق، گاز، پمپ بنزین ها، ترابری، نیروی راهور، بسیج سازندگی،ادارات کل موظف دامپزشکی و امور عشایری این استان، آموزش و پرورش،دانشگاه ها و مراکز علمی، شهرداری،جهادکشاورزی، پدافند غیرعامل، استانداری‌ ،فرمانداری، ستاد مدیریت بحران و همچنین نیروهای مردمی از بروز هرچه بیشتر عوارض جانی و مالی ناشی از این بارش هولناک جلوگیری نمود که جای تقدیر دارد. 

آنچه مبرهن است مدیریت سیلاب پس از دو دهه خشکسالی در این استان و جاری شدن حجم وسیعی از سیلاب بار دیگر بر نقش راهبردی آبخوان داری و تجهیز بیشتر امکانات سازمان پدافند غیر عامل و آموزش مردمی را به خوبی مشخص نمود.

 مزید بر این دو مولفه از نقش پیش آگاهی و اطلاع رسانی مطلوب در راستای اندیشیدن تمهیدات پیشگیرانه نِسبی نیز نباید از طریق همه رسانه ها و وسایل ارتباطی به سادگی گذشت.

دستور بر‌کناری مدیر بحران شهرداری مشهد توسط استاندار خراسان رضوی مرهمی بر زخم دل های صاحبان عزای کشته شدگان، مفقودین، مجروحین و ساکنان این شهر که دچار خسارات مالی شدند بود که نشان از توجه  به ترک فعل نمودن برخی مدیران دارد.

امید است با بازدید میدانی و تهیه گزارش  خسارات به وجود آمده به ویژه  ساکنان برخی مناطق شهری ، روستایی ، عشایری و محصولات کشاورزی، زراعت، دام، طیور، آبزیان، باغ ها، قنوات ، صیفی جات ، راه های ارتباطی و...هرچه سریعتر به داد دل خسارت دیدگان رسید و از همه آنان دلجویی نمود. 

با آرزوی سلامتی برای سانحه دیدگان، طلب آمرزش الهی برای درگذشتگان، یافتن مفقودین از خداوند متعال توفیق هرچه افزونتر کمک کنندگان را در جوار حرم مطهر امام رضا(علیه السلام)  و نیز آرامش هرچه بیشتر برای همجواران و زائران بارگاه مقدس رضوی را مسئلت می نماییم.

«فراموش نکنیم صحنه های زیبا،به یاد ماندنی و با شکوه ایثارگری و از گذشتن جان خود توسط معلم و مدیر فداکاری که در سیل دانش آموزان مدرسه خود یعنی فرزندان معنوی خویش و امانت والدین و خانواده ها را بر دوش خود از منطقه خطر کوی سیّدی دور می نمود درس بزرگ و فراموش نشدنی برای همه ما بود که شاید در جهان معاصر کم سابقه باشد درست به همان زیبایی حرکت جهادی افراد و خیّرین مردمی داوطلب که با تهیه و توزیع غذا به ویژه در شب نخست وقوع سیل اوج همدلی و کمک رسانی  خود جوش و مهربانانه  خود را برای آسیب دیدگان به منصه ظهور رسانیدند که در قاب دوربین ها و عکس ها ثبت شد که بیانگر "شور و شعور و شعار همه با هم" در حریم امن و ملکوتی مشهدالرضا (علیه السلام) بود که هرگز فراموش نخواهد شد. » / ۴۰۹

fakhteh- As the Meteorological Organization had predicted, from this year's Ordibehesht month, the average sky precipitations and rain are above normal. Unfortunately, in some parts of the country, especially in Khorasan Razavi and the holy city of Mashhad, floods and flash floods have occurred, which, according to responsible organizations, have been unprecedented in the last 20 years, leading to a decline in the province's water reservoirs and overflowing streams. The numerous challenges of these floods were effectively addressed by the primary role of water management institutions and the efforts of the Red Crescent, the Revolutionary Guards, Basij, Faraja, firefighters, divers, specialized health personnel, medical staff, nurses, electrical and gas departments, gas stations, transportation, transportation forces, Basij construction, general directorates of veterinary affairs and pastoral affairs in this province, education, universities and scientific centers, municipality, agriculture, non-operational defense, governorate, administrative district, crisis management headquarters, and also popular forces, to prevent as many human and financial casualties as possible from the devastating rain, which deserves commendation. It is evident that flood management, after two decades of drought in this province and the occurrence of a large volume of floods, once again underscores the strategic role of water management and the need for further equipping the non-operational defense organization and public education. In addition to these two components, the role of pre-awareness and desirable information dissemination in thinking about preventive measures should not be easily overlooked through all media and communication channels. The dismissal of the crisis manager of Mashhad municipality by the governor of Khorasan Razavi was a balm on the wounds of the mourning hearts of the families of the deceased, missing, injured, and residents of this city who suffered financial losses, indicating attention to the negligence of some managers. It is hoped that with field visits and the preparation of damage reports, especially for the residents of certain urban, rural, pastoral areas and agricultural products, crops, livestock, poultry, aquaculture, gardens, canals, vegetables, communication routes, etc., quick assistance will reach the affected hearts and provide solace to all of them. With wishes of health for the disaster victims, divine forgiveness for the deceased, finding the missing by the Almighty, and seeking even more success for the helpers in the vicinity of the holy shrine of Imam Reza (peace be upon him), as well as more peace for the neighbors and pilgrims of the holy shrine of Razavi. "Do not forget the beautiful, memorable, and glorious scenes of sacrifice and the selfless act of risking one's life by a dedicated teacher and manager who carried his spiritual children and the trust of parents and families on his shoulders, evacuating them from the danger zone of Seyyedi Street during the flood. It was a great and unforgettable lesson for all of us, perhaps unprecedented in the contemporary world, just as the beautiful movement of volunteer individuals and benefactors who, by preparing and distributing food, especially on the first night of the flood, showed their solidarity and compassionate assistance to the affected, captured by cameras and photos, indicating the "spirit and slogan of all together" in the safe and divine realm of Mashhad al-Reza (peace be upon him), which will never be forgotten." / 409
