نایابی اخبار، نشست رسانه ای و... حوزه قائم مقام وزیر جهادکشاورزی از عجایب هنر هشتم / ۱۴۴۰ روز فرصت طلایی عملگرایی

فاخته- کمیسیون های مختلف مجلس نیز به تدریج تشکیل و با حضور اعضای انتخابی حداقل به مدت ۱۴۴۰ روز در خدمت مردم هستندکه یک فرصت طلایی عملگرایی در حوزه زراعت، دام، طیور‌، آبزیان، باغبانی، منابع طبیعی، امور عشایرو صنایع وابسته  برای خدمتگزاران بخش کشاورزی محسوب خواهد شد.

کمیسیون کشاورزی‌،آب‌‌، منابع طبیعی و محیط زیست مجلس شورای اسلامی یکی از مهم ترین و تاثیرگذارترین کمیسیون ها در راستای "امنیت غذایی و مولفه های کیفی توسعه بخش کشاورزی" کشور است  که البته با توجه به نتیجه نهایی انتخابات این دوره شاید از عدم کمیّت و تعداد دانش آموختگان متخصص رشته های مختلف کشاورزی در مضیقه باشد اما حضور افراد صاحب تجربه مدیریتی، متخصصان بین رشته ای مرتبط مانند "روابط عمومی، امور بین الملل ،IT&ICT، هوش مصنوعی، طرح و برنامه، توسعه منابع انسانی" و...توام با تفکرات خلاقانه می تواند تا حدودی  این خلاء کارشناسی  را جبران نماید هرچند تنها نماینده "دانش آموخته دامپزشکی" این دوره بنابر سوابق نمایندگی در ادوار گذشته و منتخب آذربایجان شرقی همواره در خدمت کمیسیون آموزش عالی بوده است.

در وزارت جهاد کشاورزی نیز پُست اداری و تشکیلاتی تحت عنوان"قائم مقام وزیر در امور مجلس" به چشم می خورد که از دیدگاه نویسنده از وزرای پیشین و دوران حجتی، کشاورز(سرپرست)، خاوازی‌، ساداتی نژاد و...نَه یک نشست رسانه ای، نه تولید محتوای اخبار، ارایه گزارش عملکرد با رعایت اصول طبقه بندی قابل ارائه به مردم، اقناع افکار عمومی و رسانه ها و بیلان شاخص ها از دیدگاه تعامل با نمایندگان و به ویژه اعضای کمیسیون کشاورزی که بتوان بر اساس آن به تحلیل رسانه ای قادر و توانا بُوَد وجود نداشته و ندارد و با  ادامه این سکوت خبری و رسانه ای و شاید تبعات بی اعتنایی سهوی به رسانه های برخط و غیر برخط وعدم تعامل با آنان  به عنوان بازوی مکمل خدمت و کار
در این "تشکیلات امور مجلس وزارت جهاد کشاورزی نیاز به یک بازنگری مدیریتی توسط وزیر جهادکشاورزی" به عنوان یک ضرورت اساسی در آستانه آغاز به کار دوره دوازدهم مجلس احساس می شود‌.

«همانا آمدن معاون جدید پارلمانی نهاد ریاست جمهوری اسلامی منطبق بر ضروریات و همگام و همسو با  نمایندگان دوره جدید نمایندگی مجلس که یک تفکر خوب مدیریتی محسوب می شود و قطعا با تحول و شادابی در کار توامان خواهد شد به همان نسبت در راستای تشکیل کمیسیون جدید کشاورزی نوع نگاه جدید و دمیدن روح تازگی و به ویژه انگیزه های مثبت می تواند در تغییر و تحولات بخش کشاورزی، وزارتخانه  و جلوگیری از انفعال و سکوت و سکون امور مجلس وزارت جهاد کشاورزی منشاء خیر و برکت و حرکت بیشتر از گذشته شود. » /۴۰۸

 fakhtehnews-The new parliamentary deputy of the institution of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran will be appointed and start working before the official start of the twelfth session of the Islamic Consultative Assembly. Various commissions of the parliament are gradually being formed and will serve the people for a minimum of 1440 days, which will be a golden opportunity for pragmatism in the fields of agriculture, livestock, poultry, aquaculture, horticulture, natural resources, pastoral affairs, and related industries for agricultural service providers. The Agriculture, Water, Natural Resources, and Environment Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly is one of the most important and influential commissions in the country in terms of "food security and qualitative aspects of agricultural development." However, given the final results of the elections for this term, there may be a shortage of specialized graduates in various agricultural fields, but the presence of experienced managerial individuals, interdisciplinary experts such as public relations, international affairs, IT & ICT, artificial intelligence, project and program, human resource development, etc., along with creative thinking, can somewhat compensate for this shortage, even though the only representative of "veterinary graduates" in this term, based on past representation records and being elected from East Azerbaijan, has always served on the higher education commission. In the Ministry of Agriculture, an administrative position and organization under the title of "Deputy Minister in Parliamentary Affairs" is noticeable, which, from the author's perspective, lacks not only a media meeting, news content production, performance reporting with classification principles suitable for presentation to the public, convincing the general public and media, and benchmarking from the interaction perspective with representatives, especially members of the agriculture commission, which could enable effective media analysis but does not exist. With the continuation of this news and media silence and perhaps the consequences of inadvertent neglect of online and offline media and failure to interact with them as a complementary arm of service and work in these parliamentary and Ministry of Agriculture organizations, a need for a managerial review by the Minister of Agriculture is felt as a fundamental necessity on the eve of the start of the twelfth session of the parliament.
