آژیر قرمز اخطار برگشت خوردن کالای صادراتی هندوستان با ماده غیرمجاز "اتیلن اکساید" / ادویه های انسان کُشِ با آفت کُش...

فاخته- سازمان امنیت غذایی اتحادیه اروپا (EFSA)[1] در بازرسی‌های خود طی سپتامبر 2020 لغایت آوریل 2024 (شهریور 1399 تا فروردین 1403) در 527 محصول وارداتی از هند مقادیر غیرمجاز ماده شیمیایی «اتیلن اکساید» (Ethylene Oxide) مشاهده کرد که بیشتر آنها در آجیل و دانه‌های کنجد (313 مورد)، گیاهان و ادویه‌ها (60)، غذاهای رژیمی (48) و سایر محصولات غذایی (34) بودند. از این میزان، تعداد 87 محموله برگشت داده شد و بسیاری از کالاهای وارد شده نیز از بازار جمع آوری شدند.

موارد مشاهده شده در کالاهای صادراتی به اتحادیه اروپا

داده‌های قابل مشاهده از «سیستم هشدار سریع غذا و خوراک اتحادیه اروپا» (RASFF)[2] ، نشان می دهد که این ماده شیمیایی در 525 محصول غذایی و دو محصول خوراکی یافت شده است که  332 مورد آن هند به عنوان تنها کشور مبدأ بوده است. این درحالی است که از 527 محصولی که از هند به کشورهای اتحادیه اروپا با پرچم قرمز وارد شده است، حداقل 54 محصول با برچسب "ارگانیک" ثبت شده است و بقیه دارای برچسب " ایمنی ممتاز" بوده است.

با نگاهی به لیست کامل محصولات که بسیاری از آنها اخطار بازگشت دریافت کرده اند، این ماده شیمیایی در بسیاری از محصولات قابل مشاهده است. طبق اظهار نظر یکی از مسئولان آزمایشگاه «رامایا» در هند، مصرف کنندگان محصولات مورد اشاره علاوه بر قرار گرفتن در معرض مستقیم اکسید اتیلن، مستعد تاثیرپذیری از دو ماده شیمیایی دیگر از جمله «اتیلن گلیکول» هستند که به عنوان ماده خطرناک در شربت های سرفه منجر به مرگ کودکان در کشورهای مختلف شده است. به نظر می رسد استفاده گسترده از اتیلن اکساید جهت ضدعفونی علیه باکتری‌های «سالمونلا» و « اشیریشیا ای­کولای» بوده است. اتحادیه اروپا با هدف نظارت بر محصولات و رفع نگرانی از وجود مقادیر غیرمجاز مواد شیمیایی، محدودیت 0.1 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم را برای مواد شیمیایی و تجزیه پذیر سمی «2-کلرواتانول» و «اتیلن گلیکول» وضع کرده است.

مرکز سلامت مواد غذایی در هنگ کنگ (CFS) [3]و نهاد نظارتی مواد غذایی سنگاپور (SFA)[4] به مردم کشورهای خود هشدار دادند که از افزودن ادویه‌های دو شرکت بزرگ هندی به دلیل داشتن مقادیر غیرمجاز باقیمانده آفت­کش «اتیلن اکسید» اجتناب نمایند. این محصولات به نام های: «پودر کاری مدرس» (Madras Curry Powder)، «Sambhar Masala» (پودر مخلوط ماسالا) و «پودر کاری» (Curry Powder) از شرکت (MDH) و «پودر کاری ماسالا برای ماهی» (Everest’s Fish Curry Masala) از شرکت (Everest Group) می‌باشند.

نهادهای نظارتی دو کشور پس از انجام تحقیقات و پس از تایید وجود مقادیر غیرمجاز، به توزیع‌کنندگان/واردکنندگان دستور توقف فروش و جمع آوری محصولات را از تاریخ 18 آوریل (30 فروردین) صادر کردند. همچنین در ژوئن 2023 (خرداد 1402) نیز سازمان غذا و داروی امریکا، دو نوع ادویه ترکیبی برند «اورست» را پس از مثبت شدن آزمایش «سالمونلا» فراخوانده بود. محصولات این دو نشان تجاری هندی به کشورهای مختلف از جمله امریکا، اروپا، خاورمیانه و بریتانیا صادر می‌شوند.

«فراموش نکنیم و به یاد داشته باشیم انسان معاصر مستاصل و اسیر دست سودجویان اینک شاید به این باور رسیده باشد که در عصر کنترل کیفیت ها و تایید بازار مصرف تولیدات صادراتی و داخلی   محصولات کشاورزی به ویژه گیاهی در جامعه جهانی باز هم معابر غیرقانونی و رخنه های رسوخ بی مبالاتی ها از معبر دلالی، واسطه گری و پرداخت رشوه به هر قیمتی به شیوه های بسیار زشت و ضد اخلاقی گشوده اند و فقدان یک "نظام نامه دقیق قرنطینه ای و ممّیزی" محصولات تولیدی ارگانیک جهانی دامی  و گیاهی هنوز در ابتدای راه پروپاگاندایی خود درمانده شده و محتاج متخصصان با شرافت و متخلص به رعایت منشور اخلاقی است که برای تندرستی و سلامتی آحاد بشر در تلاش هستند و با هیچ بها و قیمتی قابل خریدن نیستند!. چرا که همین ۵۲۷ محصولات برگشتی ادویه جات و... اخیر از کشور هند مشتی نمونه خروار بوده که نشان از احساس مسوولیت و شرف کسانی است که هرگز دلارهای چرک پیشنهادی را فدای سلامتی پروتئین حیوانی و نباتی مورد مصرف انسانی نکرده اند و هر چند از ما دور و شاید نشناخته باشند اما به روش "کارما و اثرات پروانه ای"  از یکایک آن ها در عالم معنا که همان «اللهُ عَلیمُ بِه ذاتِ الصُدور کلام مقدس خداوند در قرآن کریم» می باشد به سهم خود تقدیر و تشکر را به جا می آوریم زیرا هنوز وجدان و انسانیت به ویژه بر اساس آموزه های اعتقادی و علمی بسیاری از ما زنده است.»  ۴۱۸

fakhteh- It seems that some individuals and manufacturers are still immersed in the speed of modern technologies, captivated by market desires, and seeking their dirty profits at the cost of the health and well-being of over 8 billion people in the world. "Ethical ecology" and "health and well-being" are victims of the lack of adherence to sustainable development behavioral patterns in the context of utilitarianism and the accumulation of dirty dollars. This leaked example through the export of spices laced with insecticides for extended shelf life and, for example, for pest control in India! The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) conducted inspections from September 2020 to April 2024 (from September 1399 to April 1403) and observed unauthorized quantities of the chemical substance "ethylene oxide" in 527 imported products from India, most of which were in nuts and sesame seeds (313 cases), plants and spices (60), diet foods (48), and other food products (34). Of this amount, 87 shipments were returned, and many of the imported goods were also collected from the market. Observations in export goods to the European Union Observable data from the Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed (RASFF) shows that this chemical substance was found in 525 food products and two feed products, of which 332 were from India as the sole country of origin. While out of the 527 products imported from India to the European Union with a red flag, at least 54 products were labeled as "organic" and the rest had the label of "excellent safety." By looking at the complete list of products that received return warnings, this chemical substance is visible in many products. According to a statement from one of the officials at the "Ramaya" laboratory in India, consumers of the mentioned products are not only exposed to ethylene oxide but are also susceptible to the effects of two other chemicals, including "ethylene glycol," which has been identified as a dangerous substance in cough syrups leading to child deaths in various countries. It appears that the widespread use of ethylene oxide for disinfection against bacteria such as "Salmonella" and "Escherichia coli" has taken place. The European Union has set a limit of 0.1 milligrams per kilogram for chemical substances and toxic, biodegradable "2-chloroethanol" and "ethylene glycol" to monitor products and alleviate concerns about the presence of unauthorized chemical substances. The Centre for Food Safety in Hong Kong (CFS) and the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) have warned their countries' people to avoid adding spices from two large Indian companies due to the presence of unauthorized residues of the insecticide "ethylene oxide." These products include: "Madras Curry Powder," "Sambhar Masala," and "Curry Powder" from MDH, and "Everest's Fish Curry Masala" from the Everest Group. After investigations and confirmation of the presence of unauthorized quantities, the supervisory bodies of the two countries issued orders to stop sales and collect the products from April 18 (30 Farvardin). Additionally, in June 2023 (Khordad 1402), the Food and Drug Administration of the United States had called back two types of combined spices branded "Everest" after testing positive for "Salmonella." These two Indian brands' products are exported to various countries including the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Britain.

Let us not forget and remember that contemporary humans are rootless and captive to profit-seeking hands. Perhaps now it is believed that in the era of quality control and consumer market approval, both in domestic and export agricultural products, especially plant-based ones, in the global community, illegal passages and the emergence of indifference have once again opened up through the channels of profiteering, intermediation, and bribery at any cost in very ugly and unethical ways. The lack of a precise "quarantine and distinguishing system" for global organic animal and plant products is still at the beginning of its propagandistic journey and requires honorable and dedicated experts to adhere to ethical principles who are striving for the health and well-being of all humanity and are not purchasable at any price. Because these same 527 returned spice products and recent items from India have been a handful of examples of decay, indicating the responsibility and honor of those who have never sacrificed the proposed dirty dollars for the health of animal and plant proteins consumed by humans, and although they may be distant and unknown to us, through the method of "karma and butterfly effects," we appreciate and thank each of them in the realm of meaning, which is the same as the sacred words of God in the Quran: "Allah knows what is within the hearts." We acknowledge that conscience and humanity are still alive in many of us based on religious and scientific teachings./418.
