تشکیل دوره دوازدهم مجلس شورای اسلامی در انتظار تعیین اعضای کمیسیون کشاورزی، آب ، منابع طبیعی و محیط زیست با مولفه "سرعت، دقت و کیفیت"

فاخته- بخش کشاورزی با توجه به اهمیت آن در تامین غذا، امنیت غذایی و بیش از پنج میلیون بهره بردار  در سطح کشور و نقش آن در اشتغال زایی، تولید ناخالص ملی، رشد و توسعه روستاها، جلوگیری از مهاجرت های بی رویه و انجام کارهای فرهنگی به منظور ترغیب، تشویق و هدایت سرمایه گذاران و به ویژه جوانان به منظور وابستگی، دلدادگی و قهر نکردن از این بخش درون زای پایدار و جایگزینی جوانان متخصص و عاشق کشاورزی با کشاورزان با "معدل سنی بالا" ضرورتی بس راهبردی است هرچند به تکنولوژی های روز دنیا نیز باید نگاهی مسؤولانه داشت و این خود یعنی دیدگاه استفاده از دانش آموختگان جوان و فاقد شغل!.

امید است که این "کمیسیون ۱۰۰ درصد تخصصی بخشی از کعبه آمال ، دوراندیشی  و مشارکت تمام قد برای تولیدکنندگان بیش از ۱۳۵ میلیون تن غذا و محصولات وابسته به بخش کشاورزی در کشور تلقی" شود و نباید برخی برای حد نصاب رسیدن ۲۵ نفره این کمیسیون از روی ناچاری عضو این کمیسیون شوند هر چند تجارب ارزنده سایر اعضاء در ابعاد مفید اجرایی در این بخش راهبردی شاید مکمل افراد تخصصی کمیسیون باشد که نافی تخصص های میان رشته ای نمی باشد.

«اسناد بالا دستی بخش کشاورزی در زمینه شورای عالی کشاورزی، آب، خاک، امنیت غذایی، تامین منابع انسانی،کارآمد، متخصص و بین رشته ای مورد نیاز، چارت تشکیلاتی وظایف جدید، دام، طیور، منابع طبیعی، آبزیان، آبخیزداری، جنگل ها، بیمه  محصولات، اتحادیه ها و تعاونی های سراسری،بودجه، مکانیزاسیون، پدافند غیر عامل، تشکل ها،  سَمَن ها(NGO,s)، تعاملات بین المللی و منطقه ای تخصصی در قالب کنوانسیون های فرا ملی ، گیاهان دارویی، واکسن، دارو، مکمل برای دام سبک،سنگین طیور صنعتی و بومی، بانک ژن ، DNA و کاریو تایپ گونه های ارزشمند در حال انقراض جانوری و گیاهی زیست بوم داخلی، الزامات تنوع زیستی، صادرات،ارزآوری، واردات، گردشگری روستایی و عشایری، صنایع پیشین و پسین وابسته، بسته بندی، کارخانجات تولید خوراک دام و طیور، عمل آوری، فرآوری، توسعه  استارت آپ ها، کسب و کارهای نوظهور، تامین کود، سم، مبارزه با آفات، اصلاح نژاد حیوانی و گیاهی، ارتقای بهره وری،بازار، تأمین سوخت، آب مجازی، انرژی های تجدید پذیر، تنوع زیستی، دانش روش‌های  نوین آبياری، آبخوان داری،  کشاورزی فراسرزمینی، بهداشت و سلامت غذا، ممّیزی محصولات خام حیوانی، قرنطینه های دامی و گیاهی،  صدور اسناد مالکیت زمین، بهبود و ارتقای وضعیت معیشت روستاییان و عشایر، تسریع در رسیدگی به طرح و لوایح و تصویب آن ها، اعتبارات بانکی، بیابان زدایی، بیمه حمایتی شاغلین و حانوارهای بخش، توسعه پایدار نواحی ساحلی،تأمین اعتبارات فرابخشی ستاد های بحران حوادث طبیعی و غیر طبیعی، فناوری های روز، هوشمند سازی، ساماندهی اشتغال دانش آموختگان رشته های مرتبط، حمل و نقل، پایانه های محصولات، تأمین نهاده ها، پیوست های فرهنگی شامل اطلاع رسانی، رسانه های صوتی، تصویری، شنیداری، برخط و غیر برخط، پایش و رصد آمارها، مستندسازی ،  آموزش، ترویج، پژوهش‌، ارتباطات و تعاملات وزارتخانه های ذیربط و... اهتمام در رفع موانع تصویب برخی قوانین مرتبط و بازنگری در برخی مواد قانونی سازمان های مردم نهاد وابسته در راستای ضرورت های روز و بهینه سازی جامع گرانه در سیاست های حمایتی از مواردی است که لزوم توجه و اهتمام بیشتر از گذشته به آن ضروری و قابل طرح و پیگیری تا حصول نتیجه مطلوب یا نِسبی می باشد‌. »/ ۴۰۳

 Less than a month remains until the official start of the twelfth term of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, and in the meantime, the formation of the Agriculture, Water, Natural Resources, and Environment Commission is awaiting the presence of expert representatives and other volunteer members.

The agriculture sector, given its importance in food security, providing for over five million farmers nationwide, its role in employment generation, national gross production, rural development, preventing irregular migrations, and carrying out cultural activities to encourage and guide investors, especially young people, in order to maintain sustainable self-sufficiency, replace older farmers with young, passionate, and knowledgeable individuals is a strategic necessity, even though a responsible approach to modern world technologies should also be considered, which itself means utilizing young graduates without jobs! It is hoped that this '100% specialized commission' will be seen as part of the 'Ka'aba of aspirations', foresight, and full participation for the production of over 135 million tons of food and agricultural products in the country, and some members should not be forced to join this commission to meet the 25-member threshold, even though the valuable experiences of other members in practical executive dimensions in this sector may complement the specialized individuals on the commission, which does not negate interdisciplinary expertise. The above documents in the agriculture sector regarding the High Council of Agriculture, Water, Soil, Food Security, Human resource, efficient, specialized and interdisciplinary requirements, organizational charts, new duties, livestock, poultry, natural resources, fisheries, watershed management, forests, crop insurance, national and cooperative unions, budget, mechanization, non-military defense, associations, NGOs, international and regional specialized conventions, medicinal plants, vaccines, drugs, supplements for light and heavy livestock, industrial and native poultry, gene bank, DNA and karyotype of valuable species facing extinction in the country's domestic habitats, biodiversity requirements, exports, currency earning, imports, rural and nomadic tourism, related upstream and downstream industries, packaging, livestock and poultry feed factories, processing, development of startups, emerging businesses, fertilizer supply, pesticides, pest control, animal and plant breeding, productivity enhancement, market, fuel supply, virtual water, renewable energies, biodiversity, knowledge of modern irrigation methods, aquifer management, transcontinental agriculture, food health, raw animal product certification, animal and plant quarantines, land ownership document issuance, rural and nomadic livelihood improvement, expediting the handling of plans and bills and their approval, banking credits, desert reclamation, supportive insurance for sector employees and families, sustainable development of coastal regions, providing cross-sector funding for crisis management headquarters for natural and man-made disasters, modern technologies, smartization, organizing employment for graduates in related fields, transportation, product terminals, input supply, cultural attachments including information dissemination, audio, visual, auditory, online and offline media, monitoring and statistics observation, documentation, education, promotion, research, communications, and interactions with relevant ministries... require more attention in removing obstacles to the approval of some related laws and reviewing certain legal provisions for people's organizations and their optimization in line with current needs for comprehensive policy-making to achieve the desired or relative results. 》./ 403
